Do you work with companies outside your core industries?
Sometimes. Our deepest expertise is in Medical Technology, Healthcare & Medical Devices, and Software/IT/Telecoms – that’s where Kostas spent 20+ years. But commercial dysfunction patterns often transcend industries. We evaluate each situation individually and tell you honestly if we’re the right partner. If we’re not, we’ll often point you to someone who is.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. While we’re based in Switzerland and the majority of our clients are in DACH and the broader EU, we work globally. Kostas has operated across EMEA, APAC, and North America and we serve clients where they need us.
Can I start with something smaller to test the fit?
Absolutely. Many clients start with one of our structured programs or our acceleration packages. They are designed as standalone engagements, though most of our clients choose to build on them and expand the scope after completing one.
What if I’m not sure which service model fits my situation?
Contact us for an open conversation. We’ll aim to understand your situation, and if we’re a good fit, we’ll recommend the most appropriate approach. If we’re not the right partner, we’ll tell you that too and often point you to better alternatives.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Full NDAs are standard. Your business information, strategic plans, and competitive intelligence remain completely confidential. No case studies or references without explicit permission.

What if our needs change mid-project?
Strategy work often uncovers new questions or shifts priorities. We build flexibility into scope and adjust as needed, with transparent communication about any timeline or investment implications.
Do you work solo or bring a team?
Kostas leads every engagement directly. For specialized needs (deep market research, financial modelling, technical analysis, etc.) we bring in experts from our network. Always discussed and agreed upfront, no surprises.
Can you help with implementation too?
Absolutely. Most strategy projects include implementation roadmaps and transition support. Many clients engage us for implementation through Expert Access Plans or extended advisory arrangements.
